You have to follow these easy steps;

Open the partnership program with a laptop

Select sign up for stripe account

Select business or individual, whichever

Select US as your country (make sure to have a US bank account or use a payoneer or transferwise borderless account to create one with just a little fee)

You can use your real phone number from your country

Use your real email, a short description of your business.

They will ask for a US SSN or EIN; fill in 0001

Proceed to tax info of which you will input your real details.

You will be asked to fill in a form; pick W-8BEN for individual or W-8BEN-E for company

Make sure the address you input matches your documents

IF you do not have a US taxpayer identification number, leave the space BLANK

You will be asked to provide your country's taxpayer identification number. This is the tricky part. If you Do not have a TIN then use your local ID card number!

Use your drivers license as a verification document.
